I last met my older cousin Roger MARTIN some 50 years ago at 30 Lymore Avenue, Oldfield Park, Bath, Somerset where he ran errunds for my grandmother Mary MARTIN. At the time I was only a boy and assumed Roger was a caring neighbour.

I believe Roger now lives in Cornwall and still has relatives and friends in Leigh-on-Mendip near Bath.

Researching:
Paternal surname is MARTIN. Associated names include, Barnett, Biggs, Bond, Candy, Flattery, SharkeySherkey/Shirkey. Earliest known MARTIN came from Magdeburg, Prussia (now Germany) and settled in Frome, Somerset, England in 1815. Known, maternal surnames are CRISP (mother), GORDON (grandmother), FRYAR (great grandmother) and NORMAN (great great grandmother).

If you check on Freebmd, there is only one Roger Marin born in Bath. He has a middle initial which might help you. Check here to see if birth year fits.
