If she allows it, you could add their names to this thread.

Give birth names, year when born and area/town

If they should do an internet search themselves, then the thread will be one of the results. Make sure that GR know an up-to-date email address so that they can notify you in the future if contact is made.

Try searching trees for the birth names and see if anyone has them listed.

She could take out a free membership and have a mini-tree on here, just her birth name, those of the children and their birth father if he is on their BC.

Again, she (or you if she doesn't have internet access) needs to make sure that GR always has the most current email address.

Look on Facebook or other social media sites to see if they happen to have an account in their birth name.

Barry, I take it she has no idea who adopted them, as is usually the case of course.
Has she put her details on the National Adoption Contact Register (just google it). If they are searching for their birth family they might be on there.
Might also be possible to have her contact details on their adoption files in case they ever access these. I suggest she speaks to social services.
And she might consider contacting NORCAP for advice and support:

Hello
i am trying to help a friend find her son and daughters who she has lost contact with many years ago they have all been adopted.
She has no idea how to find them.
Has any one any pointers what to do?
