The only Bernard Dilly found by google seems to be in the USA

I cannot remember what I put in my post, so do not know why it has been rr'd.
I think I wanted to know the birth place, as I gave a possible link to a French enterprise.
Ann, is your Mother a sister of Bernard's mother or father, or what is the relationship, as we cannot see his birth?

My mother is his aunt through marriage my father was his mothers brother and the family name is BAYLISS

You don't need to live in area to search the phone book which covers it.

BT directory is online

And all telephone directories are held in every main public library
