Find Living Relatives

Trying to locate family of Desmond Richard Harris born 1926/27 resided in uk in 1964 where we beleive he has family but last known residence was Joondalup Perth Australia...my partner is his biological son and wishes to trace his step siblings.If anyone can help ...thanks

as far as we know he was born in London uk and emigrated after 1964 to Perth Australia.

There are only 2 births of a Desmond R. Harris in the South-East of England, one is 1915 and the other 1931. The first has middle initials R.D. and there seems to be a marriage for him in 1947 - but he is perhaps a bit too old? And I think there is a death for him in England 1997 - name was Desmond Richard D. Harris.

There are just 7 marriages in England for a Desmond R. Harris in the 20 years prior to 1964 - assuming he married of course! 2 (including the one above) are in London.

The one born in 1931 died soon after birth.

we know he was married prior to 1964 and had children at this time also we think his wife's name was ann.....but not sure if she was second or first wife...its really hard a lot of our info is based on hearsay. We also think he may have had some part of his childhood in india .

Gail has sent me a PM with some more detail. Desmond was definitely in London area 1964. She has reason to believe he was born at the start of 1927, but as far as I can tell there is no birth for him in England/Wales.

So sorry to tell you but it seems likely Desmond passed away in 2011 (though this makes his birth c1929):

MCB WA has burial details (Metropolitan Cemetery Board, just Google it)

His wife appears to be still living in Innaloo (Perth suburb), see online White Pages as per my PM to you.
