All born in Devon either Liskeard or Plymouth or both

ANy other relations that are part olf the RHODES family could be John. Pamela Rhodes and Stoneman family can be Rex, Shirley Sarah Eileen

Whilst realising that you are new to the boards, one of the conventions is not to give birth dates of potentially living people. Could you please edit your opening post and remove the exact dates of birth? Oct 1934 and Nov 1964 should surffice.

The Boards can be read by anyone surfing the internet; it is in everyones interest to make it harder for identity thieves ;-)

If they are dead you can put full date of birth.
The 'warning' was because most people born in the 1930's are still alive.
Have you got the marriage certificates and/or birth certificates for more information about the people?

Cyril the younger one Cyril Jnr dies aged 32-34 and he was still in service as a soldier I have a lot of pictures of him - bless he had diabetes

Then does it mean that his dad was called Cyril Snr? And died age 70
does the registration date of 1983 mean that he died in that year?

Is that the maiden name for SArah Stoneman?

I can see that Cyril my grandad was an Ellis his mothers maiden name.

Also how do I get access to the free searches to look for siblings?

Chrsitine Amy Stonemand died in South Africa and was cremated in Durban Natal I dont know which year but was after 1993 not sure if the embassy in SA would have listed her death or not.

This means that Christine's Mother's maiden name was Penno.
You need the actual birth certificate for the Mother's full name, Father's full name, addresses, exact date of birth, occupations etc.

The marriage:

Stoneman Cyril Penno Liskeard 5c 141
is the only Stoneman/Penno marriage showing, so that is probably the correct one, but not definitely.
You need the certificates as you work your way back.

If Cyril Clifton Stoneman is the correct grandfather, then he dies in 1983, and was born in 1912 (or so the informant on the death certificate believes)
