Finding a person knowing very little about them

Well, you can do, but apart from very early London electoral registers, you can only search by address not name, and this has to be done in person. |

well yes but not 100% sure of the spelling of his name hence why the problem finding him, he was also in prison and came out earlier this year and all i know about his sentence is that it was a serious crime, I don't know the length of sentence. As you can see it is easier to find people from 100 years ago then now!! |
