You have to buy credits which has been mentioned before for 192.com

Just put in Biddlecombe merseyside for bt online...if he was ex directory he would not be one there

I think Ronald might be on BT online too - certainly there is an R. Biddlecombe living in the Wirral.
BT online is free so worth trying.
