Find Living Relatives

I have been searching for descendants fo John Nuttman and his wife (Sydney Ellen GRAINGER - earlier married to John PARKS). My grandmother was born in 1875, just one year before the death of her mother and 4 years before that of her father. She was brought up by her Aunt (Eliza NUTTMAN) and Uncle (Richard ROBINS).
She had 3 sisters and a brother, none of whom can I trace on the 1891 Census:
Eleanor Alice - 1864-? (who married Charles Julyan LEWIS, was widowed and may have married again)
Elizabeth Caroline - 1866-1943? (Or did she marry William FARQUHAR in 1917?)
Amy Mary - 1869-1872
and John Sidney - 1871-1872
My grandmother moved up to Ilkley, in Yorkshire, sometime befor the 1901 Census and changed her name to Sarah Nuttman NORTH - it took evidence on the 1911 Census to confirm this - and married Charles MOON.
I would love to know if I still have any livng relatives from this line of the family as until the release or the 1911 Census data I had always assumed my grandmother was a single child from Yorkshire - I now find she was born in Chamber Street in Whitechapel, presumably prior to the arrival of the intruding railway line.

Shirley - Many thanks for all the information. Although I have most of this I am still unable to find any reference to either of Sarah's siblings in the 1881 Census. I would love to state that the Eleanor Alice that married Charles Julyan LEWIS is my great Aunt but I cannot find the link between 1871 and their marriage. Does anyone else out there have any ideas as to where to look???
Amy NUTTMAN born c 1855 at Stratford was my second cousin twice removed, as was your Elizabeth PRIESTLEY (nee Elizabeth Maria NUTTMAN). They were sisters.

I had all the information relating to my grandmother, Sarah Nuttman, although I still have no idea as to why she changed her name to Sarah Nuttman NORTH when she moved up to Yorkshire (or indeed why she moved up there - other than for work)
Amy Mathuen (Nuttman), born 1855, was in fact my 2nd cousin 2x removed, daughter of Thomas Frost Nuttman.
Elizabeth Nuttman, who married William Priestley, was indeed her sister
