Not convinced the John Rowe 1919 is the right one either - although I can't find the death registration a thread yesterday led to the Wigan cemetery burials and there is a burial for John Rowe, age 4+half on 3/12/1923, place of death Scholes. |

Looks like the Sheridan marriage produced 4 children, Charles 1907, Joseph Patrick 1910, Bridget 1912, Margaret 1914. Then 5 Rowe siblings, Jane 1920, Terance 1923, Rose Ann 1925, Mary 1927 & Brian 1929. I think there was also Doris in 1917, but mmn has been recorded as Sheridan. |

My mother and father weren't married. I know his name is John (Jack) Rowe. His mother was named Mariah Cahill before she married. He had several brothers and sisters and in his younger days lived in Ince, near Wigan, Lancashire. Last known whereabouts was either Salford or St. Helens where he worked in a pub. As he was born about 1912/19 chances are he could very well no longer be alive but I have never seen him and would love just to have a picture so maybe there are other children out there. |
