I am looking for my half brother Arif Mustafa Armstrong born 1957 I believe he was adopted soon afterwards.I would very much appreciate any help to find him as I only have very limited information myself and end up at a brick wall !!!!!

Don't put off until tomorrow doing what you can do today. If you like doing it today you can do it again tomorrow. Be kind to your children for it is they who will decide which care home you end up in.

I have tried almost everything I can thing I can think of but that brick wall is getting higher and higher. some one somewhere must know something about Arif Mustafa Armstrong born in march 1957 and Irene Farrell born march 1929
I would really appreciate any information however small.

Does his birth certificate say adopted on it?

If Irene remarried, perhaps he stayed with her and took her new surname?

Thanks for replying Rose, Arif was adopted soon after birth, as for Irene she may have remarried I just don't know :-( I have been searching now for about 30 plus years and not getting anywhere !!

I see your dad remarried in 1964 so there could be a marriage for around then.

Irene had a brother John. Have you tried tracing him or her parents deaths? She could be an informant.
