Thanks you so much PricklyHolly they are Doris's brother and sister also Freda but still no joy with Doris marriage or children (told she was married and had a son by a relative - now deceased) no one left to ask. Have followed up all info. but cannot even find Doris death either - not knowing married name ? Will press on - thanks once again

I have come to the conclusion that Doris may have lived with someone and took their surname, unfortunately no one left to ask. Thanks once again to everyone who has answered my query.
