my mums family only heard from joan about twice after my uncle went missing so i dont know how she got to re marry and they dont know who she married |

If there was no divorce, his wife must have had him declared legally dead, to be able to re-marry. |

When his wife re-married was this after 7 years (the presumed dead period) or did they d8vorce? He could be anywhere - lets face it, it is very easy to disappea if you want to. |

I can't see anything obvious for him. There are quite a few David Large's on 192.com. You can use his birth date to search for a death between 1970 and 2006, always possible but in view of age not overly likely. If Joan can remember his birthday we might as well try, otherwise you would need his birth cert. |

police didnt search because he was over 21 and this was over 50years ago when he went,they didnt divorce. |

mothers maiden name was dolan. No family fall out, just went and not heard from since. Joan is not missing she re married. |
