I have found that a relative Edward Bawden was killed in action on 23rd October 1918 in the War through documents on Ancestry He was in the Duke of Edinburgh Wiltshire Regiment 1st Battalion. |

If you have looked on Ancestry for his service records and you cant find them, its most likely it is amongst those that were destroyed in WW2, only 30% of those records have survived. |
