Find Living Relatives

Hi I am trying to trace my siblings, this is quite a complicated case as my birth mother was adopted herself at the age of 4 from a NCH and married 3 possibly 4 times. I have all the names of the siblings and birth dates. I have been told by the agency i went through that they have run a NHS check and it came back my Mother was dead. I have searched for Death certificate but been unsuccesful. I have all her marriage records up to last time married and still nothing comes up. Any ideas on this and the next step forward in finding brothers and sisters?? Please help. Thanks Jason.

Depending on the year she passed it may not be online. BMD.s only go to 2006 on FMP and 2005 on Ancestry.

As you have some names try Search Trees to see if of them are listed .you can contact the tree owner to see what the connection is.

As Shirley suggested, your best bet is to start with 'search trees'.

Friends Reunited is another good place to try.

If you care to give just names and birth years and a location - nothing else - it may be possible to help you with your quest. Or at least give you (hopefully) informed guidance about how to proceed

Hi Aussietrish Tara Myself Amanda and Hayley were adopted out I know but was unaware of the others as I only found 1 number so will look into this further Thank you very much for bringing it to my attention. I will look at the links you also sent over and let you know. What is on here at the mo is only half of it it gets more complex as things unravel believe me. Just as you think you are getting somewhere another little twist comes along. Thanks again.

Have found Amanda on Facebook and have checked many things and it is definately her. Pleased to see though that she has been searching for me, shame i can't get to see on the adoption register when it was posted.
