hi there we had a letterfrom swindonborough council they had no luck sarah Sutton ,thers no baptism in statford sub castle or any where aroung Wiltshire they named all the parishes.there are two burials in statford sub castle,for willam Sutton in 1837 age 42, and Sophia sutton1836 age 44 they found a marr for William Sutton and Sophia smith in wilton on the 6 may 1816. also they found a marr William Sutton and mary Burbidge on 10 nov 1849in statford sub castle. and haytor cottage herne grove in now no1 dunstun grove,in 1937, I thought this info would be of intresto you, yvonne |
