I am trying to locate my half brother and sister. My dad Richard was married to Joan Johnson in Barrow in Furness and had Alan William S in 1952 and Sylvia in 1954. Can anyone help with my efforts to trace them please.

I have been trying to find them for nearly 40 years, not sure if they know about me.

There is a marriage for a Sylvia Holland in Barrow in 1972. Are you aware of it?

The couple appear on 192.com electoral roll for 2003, and he appears on bt online.

No marriage for an Alan W S Holland. Do you know if Joan married again? The children could have taken her new surname.

I have looked at 192.com and found Alan Holland. Got an address so will write and see if it's the right one. I will try friends reunited as well. No luck with Facebook though.

I have just searched a tree for a possible match for a marriage of Sylvia Holland to Stephen Griffiths, and found 2 possible leads.

So you discounted the entries in a GR tree by a member named Alma????

Hi Reggie, Alma has added the Hollands and Johnson link from my tree, she doesn't actually know anything about them, I contacted her a while ago.
