Are you certain they changed her first names? Seems a bit drastic if she was 7 or 8 years old. |

For my mother, I am trying to find Carol Bell, born as Beryl Rosemary Mee to parents Edward Mee and Mabel Doreen Mee formerly Bell. She was adopted at approx. age 7 or 8 by her Uncle Archibald Bell and wife Grace. They lived in Southall and Uxbridge for a while, then Grace took her to live in Brighton. Contact would be wonderful, though not required if not wished. Just letting my mother, Olive Beauchamp (Bell), know she is O K would be more than we could hope for. |
