Searching for grandmother surname KINSELLA

Any help would be sincerley appreciated, searching for my best friends mothers maternal birth family as her mother was adopted.

Friend> mother ( Catherine Mary Kinsella August 1952 - March 1986)
Original birth certificate states Catherines mother as Marie Theresa Kinsella

Catherine adoptive Surname Critchley, adoption 16 sept 1958

I hold the details off the adoption certificate/birth cert.

Desperately trying to work out what path to take now as my friend desperately wants to know of her mothers birth family as her parents/sibling deceased.

Catherines birth was in Sale, Cheshire.
Catherines death EllesmerePort/Chester
Catherines adoption record shows her name being re-spelt as Katherine and this took place in Chester county court

There is a marriage recorded for a Marie T Kinsella in Jun 1955 in Cheshire.

There are two births I can see that would fit with these parents.

Someone on here has a Marie Therese Kinsella, 1933, in their tree.

This birth is on free bmd, and many brothers and sisters (twins also) can be found.

She is is the phone book. Try bt.com and look for her surname in Prenton.
