Pm'd marriage of the two names the twins were registered in

Researching:
Matthew and Jane Elwood who had my great great grandfather Francis Edward Elwood baptised in 1807 at Horsham Sussex. There is no sign of Matthew or Jane from this date and my great great grandfather was brought up as Francis Edward Elwood MITCHELL

Have pm'd the births. Registered twice in two different surnames

we also saw that one is Devon and one London we think the Devon is a mistake as they were registered in London City.

I have always known I have half sisters and their names, but I don't know if they have been adopted or whether they have their mum's surname.

Please help looking for half twin sisters. Born in London, 1982 name are Victoria Marie and Charlotte Louise possibly surname Cooper. Their mums name is Julie & I think they lived Liphook.
Please get in touch if anyone knows them. :-)
