There is a possible marriage for an Edith H. Webb in 1944 in Cheltenham, but would it be safe to assume you were born after this? An Ancestry tree has this person as Edith Hilda. |

You could try the nearest main library to Cheltenham to see who she was living with on the electoral roll if you have an address for her |
