search for birth mother Eileen Barry born 1926

I was born 1944,Falmouth,Cornwall.My name on birth certificate is Colin Joseph Barry,Father unknown{believe he was an American soldier.Am looking for birth mother,Eileen Barry.Believe she married 1951,becoming Mrs Marshall.Trying also to find if i have any half brothers/sisters.Is anyone out there that can help?

So - she was Eileen C. Barry? This is the person marrying Marshall. How do you know about the marriage Colin? Also, looking at marriage entry for him, her surname seems to be Barry or Sheahan, implying she was married before.

I found that death but there is no birth to match in the England or Wales for that year. so she could have been born elsewhere

Colin you say this is your birth mother Is it because she had the same first and last name? and married not a million miles from where you were born or have you got any other info to prove this

If she was married in 1944 your birth would have probably been registered in her husbands name...although I have come accross one simular recently
