Hi Patchem, thanks for the info, I do know that Arthur William Ellis was born in Hull, he married my grandfather's sister. Arthur William married Irene Hill and also know that a Michael Ellis wastheir child, did not know if there were any other children. It is possible that Michael in York is the one, and thanks to your info have a number and location for him,just need to ring and see if he is the one.

Have you got full information on Arthur William Ellis, including death certificate to see where he died and who was the informant?
Michael possibly has a sister Dorothy. Have you any information on her?
Have you got birth certificates for them?
