There is only one Albert Smith birth with Hawthorn as mother's maiden name. He was born in Manchester.

There are 3 marriages for an Albert Smith (with no middle initials) in Manchester between 11960 and 1965. Do you know if he married and if so do you know his wife's name?

Have you got his birth certificate, as Albert Smith (Manchester according to free bmd) is a rather common name?
Up to what date do you have information on him?
As he is probably still living, what is your connection to him?
Have you looked to see if anyone has him in their trees on here?
