Find Living Relatives

i am trying to find living relatives of my mother deborah casey, i understand that her biological mother left her when she was approx aged 8- her mother was born in belfast northern ireland.
when she left my mother i believe she went on and had more children that would be roughly 30 years of age, and possibly of mixed race.
Connections to watford area are likely

Have you located your mother's birth? You need her mother's name really.

i am waiting for my mother to tell me her birth place, so hopefully we can find her siblings/my aunts or uncles.
my mum met them once when she was 19 when she visited her biological mother, but has not had any contact since.

The name is fairly unusual, so if born England/Wales should be reasonably OK to find.
You can always PM what you have to me - or any other member who offers - if she doesn't want it made public on the boards.
If she has names of siblings, she can always try 192.com or Facebook.

my sister has been trying to look through facebook, i have managed to find out that her birth mothers name is lesley cartwright, or at least i assume it is, as when i typed in my mothers birth record it came up with a definate name of her father and the above ladies name.
we have no known names for her siblings,as when she met her mother it was short and brief, she just told me that when she last saw her, she had 2 very small children playing on the floor. this was when my mum was 18, she is now 50.

Are you sure about her name? was you mum born in Watford? there is a birth that matches fathers name would be John is that correct?

Not sure how you are getting your mums parents names by typing in her birth records?

I will pm the birth record which could be for your mum plus births of two children born in the area in 1979 and 1981 ?? which could or could not be them?


Edit - Ignore those childrens births I do not think they are connected now

Does your mother have a middle initial? I am still confused as to whether she knows where she was born.

Hi i found out that her mothers maiden name is creighton i typed in my mothers names in the section that says births and free births... It came up with john casey and leslley cartwright so assumed lesley was her mums name as john is my pap.. I do believe th siblings names are related..im trying to work out how to make contact now x
