He ran a car sales business in Stourbridge in the 1960's. The garage was opposite the entrance to the Corbett Hospital in Stourbridge. My mother's name is Maureen Thomson (nee) and she was training to be a nurse at a local hospital. She has being trying to help me find my father.

	There is a marriage of an Alan Holmes in Stourbridge in 1963. Would that make any sense in view of what you know? Jan

	Also a marriage in Bromsgrove 1956! Is there anything else at all you know about him? I suspect this person was born Bromsgrove 1931, in view of middle initial. Jan
