Chris,
I am unsure of the exact house numbers, Jubilee Road is in two parts If I remember they are comprised of two semis on each side. One side were
Battles, Bennetts, Chivers and Lapham. The other side was Horler, Jacobs, Lloyd, and Wally Beavis.

If you can wait until tomorrow I will ask my father. he lives in Glebelands, and was born in Lime terrace, about twenty yards from Jubilee road.

Chris,

You would need to visit the library nearest to that address to look at the electoral registers.

Sometimes libraries will help without charge but there may be a small fee if you contact them
