I am looking to try and find my Mum's brother who she hasn't seen in over 40 years. He was born in the Winsford Cheshire area in 1930 to Marion Dean (maiden name Holt) and Clement Dean. My Mum was born Margaret Dean and her siblings are Shirley Dean and Brian Dean.

I believe that he married a Sheila Pickstock around 1956 but I don't know much more. He may not be alive but I would really like to find out either way if anyone can help.

I can see births for Margaret and Shirley but I can't find births for Brian or John with mother's name Holt.

This would appear to be the marriage - a long time before the births of Margaret and Shirley?
Marriages Dec 1920
Dean Clement G Holt Northwich 8a 681
Holt Marion Dean Northwich 8a 681

Added:
I think Brian and John were born in Bolton. (Brian C, 1934)
However there are other marriages in that region to explain those births.
Also possibilities of other siblings such as Elsie and Clifford.

Thanks for the replies. I have managed to find out that John was born and registered in the Bolton district, so some progress there. I believe that Brian may have been born there too like you say. There was a sibling called Hilda and another called Marion but they were born before John and both passed quite young

These children were all born in Bolton from 1924 to 1939:
Dean Marian E
Dean John
Dean Brian C
Dean Elsie M
DEAN Clifford N
Dean Christopher P

This overlaps with Shirley's birth in Northwich.

Hilda appears to be born in Rochdale.

I think you need John's birth certificate just to confirm correct person.
