	I'm afraid you have almost no chance of locating him as only he can access his adoption records. All I can advice is his birth family can register with..........www.ukbirth-adoptionregister.com Then if he wishes contact they will tell the family

Member Since: April 2012 Posts: 8 Send Message	hi im looking for my friends cousin who was adoptid in around 1985 1986 hew as born in 1983 called paul john collins his mum was called jane walker and dad paul collins. they lived in newton hyde. grandad is gordon walker and grandma irene walker. if anyone knows were i start that would be great . thanks
