If he was under 21 in the 50s/60s he will not be on the electoral listings

As you have an address, perhaps a look at old electoral lists ( usually in a main library or archive local to the address) will show a middle name or initial, which might help your search.

Try going to Islington library and look at electoral rolls to get his full name.

30 Brian Smiths born in Islington alone from 1930-1954...that is of course he was born there?

Looking for Brian Smith, lived in Packington St Islington inthe late 50's early 60's. Its been a long time.
