There is no Winifred Spencer showing on the images for the Jul/Sep quarter of 1943 from free bmd

You won't see anything on FreeBMD because the September quarter of 1943 has yet to be transcribed.

Alan, the usual advice is not to put DOB for living people, identity theft and all that, so I would remove it - it doesn't help in your search anyway.
He name would be fairly common, so you need to find out if she had a middle name at least. Do you know where she was born? Did she marry?

Looking for Winifred Spencer, she is the daughter of William and Elizabeth Spencer, she would be in her late 60s, I would love to see her before it's too late.. Janet
