How do you know the names of the parents?

Trying to find these peoples Birth, Marriage,Death and any census iformation George Webb( Gentleman.) married to Mary Ann Clift born around 1863.cannot find any information on either partners. They had two children Charles Thomas Webb. And Elizabeth Webb. Elizabeth was married to a Charles Bowler. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Also tyring to find any iformation on location of their children Norman born in 1909,& Mary born in 1908. or any children born to them.Thanks Patricia
