It makes you wonder if they had no children doesn't it, as there appears to be no mention of them on the gravestone?

However, it might be worth checking out the White Pages for Michigan. There are a lot of Rappuhn's, including a couple of Waynes, might be worth a punt.

There are 3 people on here with Rappuhn (not Wayne) in their tree, might be worth contacting them just to see if they have any info.

There is a photo pf a grave on Ancestry, which I cannot access, but the comment says 'wife of Wayne Rappuhn'.
Says she died 1981.

Went to New york in 1947 to marry a GI she met in England. His name was similar to Wayne Rappahouan and I think he came from Michigan



Thanks for all the help, have found them both in michigan, they had a child called robert, but he died in 1979 age 31, trying to see if he had any kids. Thanks again for all the help, fan...bloody.....tastic!!
