looking for Christopher Bowers my half brother

Looking for Christopher Bowers, Probably was born in 1974, in Borough of Islington. Used to live with my nan in London NW5 area but after her death, council moved him near Kentish town area ( probably near Prince of wales road).I really dont know how to find him or get contact details from the council either!!! I will be grateful to everyone, if they kindly help me to find him differnt ways, as i am new to this website.

Do you have his mother's maiden name? If we can locate his brth there might be a middle initial.
In the meantime, have you tried 'search trees' on here, Facebook, Friends Reunited or 192.com?

His Possible full name may be Christopher Leigh Bowers. I searched on facebook but couldnt find him. Any other way do you know if i could find him? 192.com confused me and took good amount of my money.

Do you have the access to 192.com, if yes then would you mind looking for once? i know i am a stranger to you but i request.
