I was meaning the school in Rotherham Reggie, but that one is not my grandmother anyway. I knew she was in the orphanage at Mount St Marys Richmond Hill Leeds, as by then my great grandmother Hannah had died and my great grandfather James seems to have disappeared. I have not found him after that on any records. ;( |

Apologies again as i have just seen this message. All the above are my ancestors. I am curious as to the school in Rotherham for Mary Ellen ( my grandmother ) although the Mary Ellen Scotter d 1986 is not the same person. |

I doubt that your belated thanks will be seen by the person who gave the help. It might be a good idea to send a PM, which GR will notify, if the member still has the same e-mail. Don't forget to say what your message refers to............... |

Hi all i am looking fo any relatives with the above names. The Corboys originally came from Ireland. mainly settling in Rotherham/south yorkshire areas. The Scotters originally from Norfolk, the Fowlers Hull and the Stonehouses Scarborough, I am doing well with tracing the Stonehouse side back, but have not got far the others with especially the Corboys. Anyone have these names in their tree? |
