Hiya,
I was wondering if anyone could help my grandad is looking for his son that he gave up for adoption staright from birth in Jersey Im not sure how to go about this at all so any helpl would be very much appreciated.

This is all the information I have :

Scott Catterson
May 1974 (Think 17th)
Biological Parents - Thomas Mackenzie & Jean Catterson
Unsure of Adoptve parents but think their occupations were Nurse and something to do with boating (sorry)
Scott tried to get in contact about 20years ago but for whatever reason nothing came of it.

Any help anyone could give me would be very very much appreciated< Thanks in advance

Have you or your grandfather put your name on the national adoption register? Scott might well have registered on there.
And you could try searching for him on here (use 'search trees'), Friends Reunited and Facebook. If he wants to be found he might register using his birth name.

Do you know where he was livng when he made contact? The only other thing I can think of would be to tke out a personal ad in the local paper.

There is a Scott Catterson on Facebook though - is this a different person?
