If you think it may be a half brother (as stated in one of your older threads) then why not send a copy of the photo to a newspaper in any of the areas where you think your parent or parents may have lived (or in the place where you found your other half-siblings). You could ask them to publish it with a request that anyone who recognises the photo gets in touch with you. |
