Sorry if I have wasted your time, I will be more careful in future postings.
I thought that the wording "I would like to get in touch with any members of the family of ............... " was unambiguous.

I have by the way tried searching trees previously. The problem with Facebook, 192.com etc. is that of having to make contact with large numbers of people knowing only a name and age - as you are aware it is surprising how many people share even less common names.

Thanks to all who have replied - I have all the information including children. I posted in the hope that one of the children or their relatives might be a subscriber to Genes Reunited and would see the post and reply.
I omitted any dates because any close relation would have that information.

They had two children who could be anywhere in the world if indeed they are still alive!

I would like to get in touch with any members of the family of Albert (Bill) E Wall and Mabel Florence Steadman last known residence Maida Vale, London.

They were my uncle and aunt and the family originally lived in Paddington. We lost touch in the late 1960s.
