I am trying to trace my dads cousin Sheila Bamford. He thinks she was about his age as she was in the same class as him at school. That would be 1932 in Codnor Derbyshire, The only sheila Bamford I can find with a mothers madien name of Ratcliffe is a Gladys s Bamford. I presume she uses her middle name.
I then find a Sheila Bamford married a Harvey in 1950 and subsequently had three children. How do I find out where Sheila Harvey is. I think she is still alive as i can't find her in the death records.

There are several people who appear to have her in there trees on here.
Go to the dark green bar across the top of the page and click on search trees. you can type in her maiden name and contact the tree owners yourself.

Hi,
I meant she was born in 1932. The only sheila Bamford I can find in other peoples trees is in Edward Knox's tree and he has taken that from mine. But thank you for your suggestion, I didn't realise you could do that.

When people add in info to their tree they do not always have the exact info so put in an approximate so look at the ones give or take a few years too.

also try Gladys too/

I will pm some possible siblings with mmn Ratcliffe. If you could confirm these I will see if I can go from there.

It is possible that Sheila is Gladys but to be sure you would need confirmation. Another family member may be able to confirm this.

I think the Wilde marriage posted earlier by Brummiejean is much more likely.
