Thank you for your help. Ironically as I was on line yesterday evening I checked my e-mails and by pure coincidence my cousin Patricia had been looking for me for some time and had found me. We are now in touch and exchanging family info - my closest relative in 57 years. She has been abroad for the past 40 years hence no trace of her. |

there is a marriage in Camberwell in 1948 for a Denis G Allen ... I think this is not your Dennis but this info will be useful to rule out that marriage |

I have recently been told that my Uncle Dennis Allen (born 1918 in Wandsworth) married and has 2 daughters born end of 1940's early 50's in Surrey. I have been unable to find them or if they are now married. |
