This is the first time I have heard of this - I've just saved the link.

I used to do a lot of knitting, but haven't the patience now, but have masses of part used balls of wool left over. This is a wonderful way of using them all up. :-) :-)

Thank you Glasgow Lass.

I used to crochet "willy warmers".... :-D

I can't think of a charity that would be interested in them ;-)

What to do with them?

Any that we have bought were returned in last year's package alongside those that the girls knitted.
One of my friends uses them as egg cosies. ( puts them on her boiled eggs to keep them warm). aaaww!

Other than that? I ca't think!
That sheep looks good though!

Cute little hats..... but what do you do with them?

I know they are sent to the charity...... but what's next?

I can't imagine opening my fridge and finding a flock of sheep :-D

I've printed the sheep one (copy & paste didn't work, it went all over the place)....... I might make an eRRol :-D

I fancy the Viking hat........... lolol

GL

My friend also did this last year and she organised a meeting in the evening for her friends and we all made little hats whilst having a good gossip.

I found it gave me a chance to experiment with stitches.
:-D :-D
Edit
Think I'm going to make the sheep

Last year, 2 of my daughters who had never knitted anything before, decided to get the needles out and learn especially for this charity
Within 2 weeks, they managed to produce 200 of these little bobble hats which they sent off.
A few months later, they received a lovely thank you letter from Innocent

Edit:
They have already started on this years hats!
