Muffy, I saw that you read Edwina Currie A Parliamentary affair. I have had it on my bookshelf for a couple of years. Is it worth reading or would you send it to a charity shop? I have loads of others to read. |

Reading Josephine Cox, More than riches. Quite like her books if I don't want my brain to be taxed too much. |

I'm reading Allen Carrs book but it is slow going as I only read in bed and half a page and I am asleep. I am wanting to start rereading Jean Auels books again, the Valley of the Horses, etc, but they are so good I have to read them all in a go, so will have to put some time aside. |

Afternoon from a soggy London :- That last book where I couldn't remember the name? Hostile Witness. Well it started off great, good unusual plot etc, but it went off the boil somehow and it was an effort to finish it. But I did. |

Haven't posted on here before but I often look at the thread as I read a lot. Thought it was about time I added something. I have just started Earthly Joys by Philippa Gregory. It's about the gardener John Tradescant and his relationship with Robert Cecil and Cecil's homes and gardens. |
