Well I'm glad to tell you that almost all the comments have been restored. There were 10 comments added between 16th and 18th February this year, which I could not recover as I had to restore from a backup of the morning of the 16th to get them. But at least there were some 650 odd that I could get back. Sorry for the problem and thanks for the patience and confidence. :-)

At the moment I am reading Behind the Scenes at the Museum. Not sure about it yet. Written in a strange style. It was her first book and so far is not like her others that I have read. I suspect it is one of those that will grow on me. Anyone else read it?

ButtercupFields Report 21 Feb 2013 19:20

It is my bed time reading at the moment, Ann, and so far, I am really enjoying it. It is unusual, unpredictable, but the humour makes me laugh out loud. I will let you know what I think when I finish it! ;-) <3

AnninGlos Report 21 Feb 2013 19:51

It is different isn't it, took me a while to adjust to the strange beginning. I am enjoying it but still not sure. My bed time reading too. :-D

I'm currently reading The Beach Cafe by Lucy Diamond. It's a fun and feelgood read, in the same genre as Katie Fford. I just don't feel like reading serious books at the moment.

I am about to start reading. Tracking a Legend......A North country Legacy of Jacobite Times by Frances Dickinson.

I got it not just because I have Jacobite ancestry and find the subject fascinating, but also because it has reference to my ancestor Captain John Shaftoe who was Shot for Treason.
