Hobbies and Crafts

I've not been online as much for a variety of reasons. Mess in my craft room is still unsorted and if anything has been added too.
Made lots of cards for an event we were at on sunday - mini themed - and sold one! Admitedly it was the biggest and most expensive one I had made but would have been nice to have sold more but that's the way it goes.
Need to craft for me a bit I think, I had lots of ideas after my cyber crop but for one reason or another I've not followed them up think I need to do just that.

Yes Ann, very busy , cards, scrapbooks,no time to write.... your holiday sounds great, quite cold here so enjoy the warm sunshine....

Yes, difficult to be the next Barbara Cartland and scrap at the same time!!!
While also being Alan Titchmarshes assistant.

I am afraid that I have gone into *gardener mode* and the shame is.... please don't tell a soul... I find it nigh on impossible to multi-task.... plus I get in after a bit of dead heading and seem to be in a creative doldrums.... and knackered.

These lovely sunny days seem so precious that I just have to get outdoors as much as possible.

Sarah.... just leave the mess and get out and enjoy the sunshine and fresh air..... you'll feel wonderful. ((((hugs))))

Ann, you do so much!! And you'll have loads of stuff when you get back from your holiday...... so just enjoy whatever it is that takes your mood.....

eight pages phew. Must be almost 8 weeks since I did one page, other things have crept in. No doubt I will get back to it soon.

Finished my weekend having made eight pages for my various scrapbooks and a decorated wreath.
Had lots more ideas too for other things I wanted to do, shame that today I feel a bit like a let down balloon. I need to sort out the mess I've made in my craft room but at the same time I think I need to get out for a while.

Not been around for a while, have been trying to spend less time online.
I'm a very busy crafter today. Have spent most of the week getting ready for this weekend in fact because there is a cyber crop going on on UKScrappers. I did two pages during the week for advance challenges and so far today I've completed five more. I'm waiting on more challenges being posted to see what to do next.

I will have a look for the cuttlebug sandwiches stuff, I know it is somewhere on the old computer I just need to locate it.

I finished the board book the other day and it is on my blog. It did start out as one of those books for really young children and I have a couple more in different sizes waiting to be worked on.

Hi, folks, I thought I would have no more scrapping to do so started on the cards again,but now I have been asked to do a friendship album for my goddaughter, so off I go again, not that I mind I love doing crafts .....
gives me an excuse to get more stuff....lol.....

We are not very industrious these days are we? Must be the fine weather and gardening getting in the way.

Ann, The cards are doing well in church, I have been asked to do some specials, wedding , 90th birthday!! etc; just have to be careful I dont get as involved as I used to be, very hard not to get to that point.... but J always gets worried that it takes over my life, so I have got to tread softly.....lol....also did a supply for the home, so now I can have a play and not have to rush....Just bought a lot of make up sponges off cuts I think, but they are ideal for sponging over back grounds , you have control over how intense you want the colours.....off to play, ....
