Von, I have done them from my pictures and from picassa and have not had to re-size any of them. Mine are all Jpeg not scanned.

I have put some of my cards on the blog.

Folks, I am pleased with the way the blog is going but I am going to make a 'rule'. I am happy to add photos for anyone but the request must come from the owner of the photos. That way things can't go wrong (copyright etc).

Von, thank you for managing to get a comment on the blog. Maybe you could try to add a photo. It is on the small tool bar on the comment dialogue box that comes up. There is a small photo icon, you need to click on that and go from there. I found that if I clicked the right hand message it took me to my pictures and I could add from there. Failing that I have also added direct from Picassa at the bottom where it says 'blog this'.

Well, you could put tips and ideas on this thread jean???

She is so good,.... tsk....I have done about 5 cards this morning and taken pics so when I load them on my picasa I will send them..... what do you think about having a place to put tips and new ideas ...I am sure we will have many good ideas between us....

Ginnie the baby card is a step card I have alphabet letters stamps both large med and small, I use them a lot, it means you can stamp any word you want I usually use Stazon or memento ink pad dont need to emboss, hence the wording" Its a girl"I also use them on scrap pages too . thanks for the explanation. I shall have a go.....

More lovely pages and cards on the blog, I keep looking at the babies cot one that Jean made. I haven't seen one like that before.

The shoe/bag card I made is an easel card, the end pieces are folded diagonally and a square topper stuck on to make it stand twisted inward. More difficult to explain than make, lol. The oriental one you asked about isn't acetate but I do like using it although more on christmas cards than others.

Jean do you use Picassa? If so go to the blog and open a new post. Go into picassa, go to the photo you want to add and highlight it. Go to the bottom of the picassa page and click on 'blog this'. you may then have to sign in or you may not. It should upload the photo.

Von, have you tried to become a follower? Click on follower and see what happens. Jean has managed to add comments so I need her to tell you how she did it. have you also tried to click on the 'pen' under the relevant photo? you should be able to do it. If you really can't PM me your comment and I will add it under your name for you. But try the above first.
