I think I have had a look at that thread a while ago Jude, but will have another look. Our garden isn't very bird friendly while we are redesigning it! Mostly soil, gravel and rock heaps at present.

Thank you Ann, enjoyed our Christmas with just the two of us but missed son in laws cooking.

So what did you all have in the craft line for Christmas?

I had two different dies to use on the cuttlebug, a small set of stamps with various 'squiggles' on them, some tags and ribbons in navy and red and three books, victorian cards, layered cards and cards with lace.

Then I went to Hobbycraft on boxing day and bought for myself another die, this time scalloped ovals, I had asked for that one but OH, always one for a bargain spotted two different ones by another make that were cheaper so got those. I also bought some promarkers as I didn't get any of those either.

Cheers folks,
I do Hope your Christmas celebrations were enjoyable.
I did get a couple of crafty items.
One navy woolen cushion, with handmade punch embroidery from
Maine
and a very welcome digital photo viewer from navy son

a box of 6 jigsaws; 1000 piece each, to while away the winter months.

and a book of poetry with hand sketched illustrations.

and I bought myself an apron with the deep red rose design on a cream background. wore it while i served up the dinner.

everyone had plenty of beer, and trifle and the baked salmon was perfect with the salad
