Tinkers do try not to be so hard on yourself, bless you. Though the a/d's do help make us feel more 'normal' we can still have emotional responses to stress and trauma. Sorry you are feeling blue, just get through today for now. You have folks on here who understand and ache for you. Don't let guilt over the panic attack work against you, you are doing well, but are still entitled to slip back a bit when things are difficult. |

Carole that is very profound and true. So many of my problems have come from pressure from others who never see the whole picture, including doctors..........especially doctors, |

Just dropping with a quick hello, heading to bed early with a migraine headache, rainstorm has been threatening all day and now it's pelting down at a great rate. Our Sarah is as high as a kite this evening which means she is very noisy so I am escaping to my quiet zone. |

Pleased to have been able to offer suport to you. You are doing well it just takes time, lots of it! xx Thats partly why I keep saying relax and let some things slip. Don't be presured by house work, and other people. Others have to wait for you to be ready to do things at your pace. Don;t be afraid to tell people NO. |

Tinkers you are doing great , well done. The night ones are horrible, things seem worse in the dark! Try this relaxation method, when you go to bed............. |

tinkers, I find reading myself to sleep helps a lot if I am stressed. Well done on getting through the daytime panic attacks, tell yourself if you can do it in the day you can get through the night ones as well. |

Hazel I hope you got your weeds sorted. In some areas there are groups of people who help out with gardening, odd jobs etc. Social services or your local council might know if there is anything to help you in your area. |

Oh my goodness it was hot today, but all is well indoors. In 2 weeks the kids will be finished school for the summer, in 3 weeks my granddaughter Em goes to Chicago to participate with her dance team in the Dance America finals, she is so excited. |

Hazel I wish I could pop over and help you. To kill an area of weeds, I have done several things: put a dark groundsheet/tarpaulin over the area, and hold it down; layers of newspaper over the area and wet it to hold it down(this worked so well for me that I have about 40 vegetable plants growing strongly in the new patch); my neighbour swears by the use of salt on her weeds. Anything dark and secured to the ground, which cuts out the light, will eliminate the weeds. |

Hazel another idea, old carpet with wood chips thrown on top. This keeps weeds down. And you might get an old carpet on free cycle. |
