Treehunter, it gets a bit wearing after a time when you (I) kept getting them mixed up, in the end when I babysat while she worked mum put them in the same tops but different colours so I could tell them apart. They thought it was hilarious when they got a bit older. |

Caz I'm so sorry to hear you feeling this way. You have had such a lot to cope with over the years. The anti depressants will help you when they have had time to work Mine took a good three weeks to make a difference. In the mean time all you can do is hang on in there. Find a comfy place and try some of the relaxation tecniques we have talked about on here. |

Oh I'm so sorry to learn you are suffering so YorkshireCaz and me just adding to your worries. It must be so painful to have a kidney disease, I just cannot imagine. Is there anything that can be done about it? Understanding how hard it is to have a physical illness and depression on top as I once had a bone tumour only two weeks after being discharged from hospital with a severe depression. You must use the helplines for your area if you are getting so low though, it can be a real lifeline. You have everything to live for with your grandchildren and they would so miss you if you were not around. Do post at any time here so that we can give you some encouragement, you must not feel alone and suffer in silence. If you don't know the local helpline numbers I think that Saneline which is national would be able to give them to you. It has kept me going through the worst times to be able to have a chat with somebody that understands. Hope that you can get some sleep tonight so that things feel brighter for you in the morning. x |

Oh poor Caz. No wonder you felt a bit sensitive last night. |

I'm not sure I should be putting this on here but I have no one to talk to, men don't understand illness until they get a cold then they are dying. I feel so ill just now with a kidney disease, what with my bad back and jumpy feet at it all day and night, I have got to the point I don't want to be here anymore. Doctor has put me on anti-depressants for depression but they are not helping at all. I am so fed up with everything now, I can't sleep with my feet jumping and am so tired all the time, where do I turn, I know no one can help but I have got it off my chest. |

How lovely Hazel, congratulations on your twin granddaughters, twice the pleasure but twice the trouble, I know as I have twin granddaughters. They are adorable when young but when I looked after them when mum went back to work I had to have eyes in the back of my head, still I wouldn't have missed it for the world. Enjoy while they are young you lucky thing. |

Well the craters (tooth sockets) are closing and the aching is getting less. Been wacking oragel on the gums sourounding the craters and thats helped a lot. The worst ache has been my ear I think after all the proding about trying to freeze my lower jaw the dentist may have caught a nerve going up to my ear. |

Thank you, Carole :-) It is certainly a big thing to have three teeth out, I would guess that the pain you are experiencing is what would be expected? I know when I've had only one out, I was surprised at the discomfort for a few days. If you are worried tomorrow I would consider going back the dentist or doctor for a chat. |

Lavender I have been in that place where all you want to do is curl up and stay home. I remember one year having a 40th birthday party to go to. I got ready and curled up on the bed crying. I couldn't face going out. My husband is very good at talking me round, and encouraging me to do things so off I went. I was fine when I got there. But every day like that is a great sap of energy isn't it. Don't force yourself to go unless you are ready to try coping with it. But making yourself try things is the route to getting better. |
