it would be fine Arch if you could get the vandals who did the graffiti to clean it up but unless you can get them, then prisoners can do it. And as stray says, no flaming leisure equipment, they should all be too flaming tired for sports of any kind or keep fit equipment, working on a chain gang should keep them all fit - they'll thank us in the end! |

I completely agree with you Ann. I think the laws worldwide are far too lenient towards the perpetrator of the crime and with no regard whatsoever to the victims. So many times I have read of criminals being given early release to immediately reoffend once they are out. It is not good enough. I have seen a lot of it in Oz and here in NZ. If someone is sentenced for however many years for their crime then they should serve the full term given, there should be no early release for prisoners under any circumstances. |

Seems strange to me that a person without a TV licence gets the same or worse punishment than someone else who uses threatening behaviour in an attempt to rob someone! |
