oh right, early 1900's - fancy having children and then abandoning them - that is so very cruel - why choose to have children in the first place? or even if they didn't choose - no contraception I suppose - you just don't do that. My Mum certainly didn't choose to have me, I know that for sure, but she would never have given me up to anyone - sometimes wished she'd given my sister up but that's another story!! |
