Mo Jo you just whack the ingredients in the machine and hey presto 3 hrs later and an hour of having a kitchen smelling of lovely fresh baked bread you have a loaf. It's magic.!!! lol. Nite Posh. It's addictive is bread making.... it's a never ending source of................................. bread lol.
